Serenity Sights Holidays - Complete Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not make and accept any booking unless you understand and agree with the following Terms & Conditions.

CONTRACT: These Terms and Conditions are called Serenity Sights Holidays (Domestic and International Tourist) Terms and Conditions. References to "us", "we", "our", 'Company' and/or "Serenity Sights Holidays" in these booking terms and conditions shall mean Serenity Sights Holidays through one of its business divisions viz: Serenity Sights Holidays. References to 'You', "them" or "they", "Your" 'Client', "Guest" and/or 'Customer' means the person/s in whose name and/or on whose behalf the booking is made and/or whose name is on the Checklist and invoice. Terms & Conditions extend to all Domestic as well as International Tours, Customized Holidays & also Corporate Tours organised by Serenity Sights Holidays. Serenity Sights Holidays works under the legal name of 'Serenity Sights Holidays', therefore, both these names will be considered one and same and used synonymously therein.

IMPORTANT TERMINOLOGIES:

Guest/s: Guest/s means all the customers, tourists, travelers, vacationers, sightseers, visitors, backpacker who have registered their names or enquired about tour/package or booked the tour by making part or full payment for any scheduled tours, customized packages or any other travel related services provided by Serenity Sights Holidays (which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof be deemed to mean and include their respective heirs, executors and administrators)

Supplier/Vendors: Any travel-related goods and services from visa counselors, passport officers, and other relevant governmental agencies (such as the DGCA), airlines, restaurants, theme parks, cruises, foreign exchange dealers, caterers, railways, car rental operators, tour operators, hotels, delivery firms, transportation, and logistics companies etc are referred to as "supplier", "Vendors" and/or "third-party providers."

FIT: Free Independent Travel and GIT: Group Inclusive Tour.

Customized holiday: Customized holiday means a tailor-made holiday wherein Tour Itinerary is designed as per the individual requirements of each guest.

VISA: VISA means a Certificate issued or a stamp marked (on the applicant's passport) by the immigration authorities of a country to indicate that the applicant's credentials have been verified and he or she has been granted permission to enter the country for a temporary stay within a specified period. (Note: The Company does not have any role to play for issuance / rejection of Visas other than being a facilitator).

BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY:

A contract exists between us when we have confirmed your tour, received your signed booking form, and deposits.

All relevant sections of the booking form must be correctly and fully completed. Your signature confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

All communications will be sent to the address on the booking form.

FIT holidays must be paid in full at least 25 days before departure; GIT holidays must be paid in full at least 30 days before departure. Late payments may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

All prices are subject to change and based on availability. The Company is not obliged to provide a breakdown of costs.

Booked services are valid only on the dates indicated in the invoice/confirmation.

DEPOSIT:

At booking, submit the completed form with:

FIT: Full Airfare/Cruise costs + 50% of Land package as advance.

GIT: 25% of total package cost as advance.

MODE OF PAYMENT:

Prices are valid for payment by cash, cheque, Gpay or bank transfer. Cheques are accepted but take up to four (4) business days to clear, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to Serenity Sights Holidays. If the cheque is bounced by any reason then bounce back charges will be applied.

Please note that electronic payments may take up to two (2) business days to process. If you are paying by this method you will need to pay at least two (2)business days prior to the actual due date. Guests may choose any mode of payment as per their convenience however the booking shall be processed from our end only once we receive the funds in our Bank Account.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Refund and cancellation Policy means and includes all the cancellation and refund levied by the company from time to time, third party cancellation charges etc. You may cancel your holiday at any time provided you notify the Company in writing. The date of cancellation will be at the date on which notice is received by Serenity Sights Holidays.

The request for cancellation of any service/ tour has to be submitted in writing, clearly stating the reason for cancellation via email to Serenity Sights Holidays at contact@serenitysightsholidays.com.

Once the booking is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated. Any reversal/ re-booking will be treated as fresh booking and additional charges may apply. The following charges will be levied on any cancellation:

Serenity Sights Holidays is not liable to give any details or bifurcation of the tour price or the cancellation charge.

Any refund payable to the guest as per the Cancellation Policy will be paid within 20 working days of receiving the final confirmation of cancellation request from the guest. The refund will be paid by A/C payee cheque/ NEFT/ RTGS

Tax Collected at Source (TCS) for international tours is non-refundable as it is deposited with the income tax department and recorded on guest's registered PAN. TCS once paid cannot be reversed, however can be claimed by the guest while filing their annual Income Tax Returns.

CANCELLATION BY SERENITY SIGHTS HOLIDAYS: Serenity Sights Holidays reserves the right to cancel any group tour/ package due to any operational reason or inadequate participation of the guests required to operate a group tour. In such a case, cancellation of the tour shall be communicated to the guest on their registered email/ telephone/ sms/whatsapp message.
Serenity Sights Holidays will not be liable to pay any interest on the tour amount paid by the guest. Serenity Sights Holidays owes no responsibility for any additional expense related to any other arrangements made by the guest on their own.

OUR LIABILITIES: Serenity Sights Holidays accept the liability for those arrangements for your holiday, which are wholly within our control and therefore, accept liability to clients for the negligence of our employees. However, we would like to draw attention to the following circumstances, which fall outside our direct control or where for some reason we are not prepared to accept liability.

war, hostile invasion, act of foreign enemies;
rebellion, revolution, insurrection or military or usurped power or civil war;
pandemic, epidemic, explosion, fire, flood, earthquake or other exceptional natural calamity and act of God;
ionizing radiation or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel, or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel, radioactive toxic explosive, or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component of such assembly;
riot, commotion or disorder;
any act or omission of any Government instrumentality;
a change in Legal Requirements;
strikes, lockouts or other industrial disturbances; & abnormal weather or sea conditions including tempest, lightning, hurricane, typhoon, rain & temperatures.

AMENDMENT OF ITINERARY: Once the tour has begun, it will closely follow the itinerary that has been set. For the safety and well-being of our valued passengers, we reserve the right to amend all or parts of the itinerary in the event of events and circumstances beyond our control.

DETAILS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING:

You must give all requested details together with the remainder of the trip costs in order for us to finalize your travel reservations. Please check the attached information upon receipt and verify all information is correct. Serenity Sights Holidays will not be responsible for omissions or errors if not brought to my attention immediately.

DOMESTIC:

For domestic travel one must furnish an Aadhar card or Election photo identification card. Children should carry school identification cards and/or Birth Certificates.

INTERNATIONAL:

Full name as it appears on your passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number, passport issue, and expiry date, PAN Card, Covid 19 Final Vaccination Certificate, as well as any pre-existing medical issues that may impair your ability to fulfil your trip arrangements are all required information.
