Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Dehradun – Transfer to Mussoorie
Arrive in Dehradun and drive to Mussoorie (1.5 hrs). Visit Kempty Falls, ride the cable car to Gun Hill, shop at Mall Road, and enjoy sunset at Camel’s Back Road. Overnight stay in Mussoorie.

Day 2: Mussoorie to Rishikesh
Stop at Robber’s Cave (Gucchupani) en route. Reach Rishikesh and check into a riverside camp or resort. Try white-water rafting and optional cliff jumping. Attend evening Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat. Overnight stay in Rishikesh.

Day 3: Rishikesh to Chopta
Drive via Rudraprayag and Devprayag (confluence point). Arrive at Chopta, known as Mini Switzerland. Bonfire night (weather permitting). Stay in tents or a homestay.

Day 4: Trek to Tungnath and Chandrashila
Trek 3.5 km to Tungnath Temple, and optionally 1 km more to Chandrashila Peak for 360° Himalayan views. Return by evening to Chopta. Overnight stay.

Day 5: Chopta to Auli
Scenic drive through Joshimath to Auli. Check-in at a mountain resort or GMVN. Take the ropeway if staying on the Auli top. Enjoy a stunning Himalayan sunset. Stay in Auli.

Day 6: Explore Auli
Visit Auli Lake, artificial ski slopes (or meadows in summer), and Gorson Bugyal (easy trek). Optionally explore Joshimath’s sacred sites. Stay in Auli.

Day 7: Auli to Haridwar – Departure
Early start for Haridwar via Rudraprayag. If time permits, attend evening Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Depart by train or private vehicle.
