Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Colombo
Arrive in Colombo and check in to your hotel. Relax after travel and visit the seaside promenade at Galle Face Green. Family-friendly dinner at a local restaurant. Evening stroll along the Colombo waterfront.

Day 2: Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage & Kandy
Morning visit to Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. Watch elephants being fed and bathed in the Maha Oya River - a children's favourite! Scenic drive through lush hill country to Kandy. Evening: Kandyan cultural dance and drum show.

Day 3: Kandy to Nuwara Eliya by Toy Train
Board the iconic toy train from Kandy to Nanuoya (Nuwara Eliya). Journey through misty tea plantations and breathtaking waterfalls. Visit strawberry farms and pick fresh strawberries. Horse riding and boating at beautiful Gregory Lake.

Day 4: Turtle Conservation & Bentota
Drive to Kosgoda Sea Turtle Conservation Project. Meet rescued sea turtles of all ages - an unforgettable encounter. Learn about marine conservation with the family. Optional: Release baby turtles into the sea (seasonal, subject to hatchings). Check in to Bentota beach resort.

Day 5: Bentota Fun Day
Morning Madu River boat safari through mangroves and tiny islands. Explore bird life, monitor lizards, and crocodiles in their natural habitat. Afternoon beach games, sandcastle competition, and swimming. Evening: Fun beach bonfire and local snacks.

Day 6: Udawalawe Safari Adventure
Drive to Udawalawe National Park - Sri Lanka's premier elephant sanctuary. Exciting jeep safari to spot elephants, crocodiles, peacocks, water buffalo, and deer. Great educational experience for children of all ages. Overnight near the park.

Day 7: Colombo & Departure
Return to Colombo for last-minute souvenir shopping. Visit a local handicrafts market for spices, masks, and toys. Transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport for departure.
