Itinerary

Arrival at Bagdogra / NJP – Transfer to Gangtok

Day 1: Arrival at Bagdogra / NJP – Transfer to Gangtok

Drive 4.5–5 hrs with scenic Teesta River views. Evening stroll at MG Marg and local shopping. Overnight in Gangtok (East Sikkim).

Gangtok Local Sightseeing

Day 2: Gangtok Local Sightseeing

Visit Tashi View Point, Hanuman Tok & Ganesh Tok, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten Stupa, Enchey Monastery. Optional ropeway ride. Overnight in Gangtok.

Gangtok to Lachen (North Sikkim)

Day 3: Gangtok to Lachen (North Sikkim)

Drive 6–7 hrs with stops at Seven Sisters Waterfall, Singhik View Point & Naga Waterfall. Reach Lachen (9,000 ft). Overnight in Lachen.

Lachen – Gurudongmar Lake – Lachung

Day 4: Lachen – Gurudongmar Lake – Lachung

Early morning visit to Gurudongmar Lake (17,800 ft) – a sacred glacial lake. Return to Lachen for lunch, then drive to Lachung. Overnight in Lachung.

Lachung – Yumthang Valley – Zero Point (optional) – Gangtok

Day 5: Lachung – Yumthang Valley – Zero Point (optional) – Gangtok

Explore Yumthang Valley (Valley of Flowers). Optional visit to Zero Point for summer snow and hot springs. Return to Gangtok (6‑hr drive). Overnight in Gangtok.

Gangtok to Namchi (South Sikkim)

Day 6: Gangtok to Namchi (South Sikkim)

Drive 3.5–4 hrs with a scenic stop at Temi Tea Garden. Sightseeing in Namchi: Samdruptse (Guru Padmasambhava statue) & Char Dham replicas. Overnight in Namchi or Ravangla.

Namchi/Ravangla to Pelling

Day 7: Namchi/Ravangla to Pelling

Visit Buddha Park at Ravangla (Tathagata Tsal). Drive 2 hrs to Pelling, check in and relax with Kanchenjunga views. Overnight in Pelling.

Pelling Sightseeing (West Sikkim)

Day 8: Pelling Sightseeing (West Sikkim)

Experience the Skywalk & Chenrezig Statue, Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdentse Ruins, Khecheopalri Lake & Kanchenjunga Falls. Overnight in Pelling.

Pelling to Bagdogra / NJP – Departure

Day 9: Pelling to Bagdogra / NJP – Departure

Drive 5–6 hrs for a scenic farewell to the Himalayas and depart from Bagdogra or NJP.
