Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Tokyo

Day 2: Tokyo Highlights + Ueno Park Sakura

Day 3: Kid-focused Day in Tokyo
Explore TeamLab Borderless or Planets, Ghibli or Tokyo Toy Museum, Tokyo Dome City rides, and visit Shibuya Sky or Pokémon Center.

Day 4: Day Trip to Disneyland or DisneySea
Spend the day at either Disneyland (better for younger kids) or DisneySea. Enjoy themed snacks and character shows. Skip if preferred and explore cultural areas.

Day 5: Tokyo ➝ Hakone (Onsen + Nature)
Travel by Romancecar/Shinkansen to Hakone. Visit Owakudani, ride Hakone Ropeway, Lake Ashi Pirate Ship, and cherry blossom spots. Stay in a ryokan with family onsen.

Day 6: Hakone ➝ Kyoto
Shinkansen ride to Kyoto. Walk through Gion geisha district. Visit Yasaka Shrine and Maruyama Park for sakura. Try local sweets at Nishiki Market.

Day 7: Kyoto Day Trip to Nara
Visit Nara Park and feed deer, see Todai-ji Temple and cherry blossoms at Ukimido. Return to Kyoto for river walk near Kamogawa.

Day 8: Kyoto ➝ Osaka
Take a short train ride to Osaka. Visit Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, Tempozan Ferris Wheel, and Osaka Castle for sakura. Explore Dotonbori street food scene.

Day 9: Universal Studios Japan
Enjoy rides and themed zones at USJ – Minion Park, Super Nintendo World, Hello Kitty. Use Express Pass if possible. Stay near USJ or in central Osaka.

Day 10: Departure from Osaka / Tokyo
Check out and transfer to Kansai Airport or return to Tokyo by train. Optional: last-minute shopping before flight home.
